USPS, FEDEX, and UPS are all facing "unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19". This means that there willdelays on their end. 

 

In our experience 1-3 day shipping has only been impacted in about less than one percent of our orders that ship with that speed. 

 


To meet your Christmas deadlines and have your targets before then we recommend using 1-3 day shipping, before 12/18/2020 at 11:59PM EST. 

 

TORRES TARGETS WILL BE CLOSED FROM 12/20/2020-12/31/2020 FOR TO GIVE OUR TEAM TIME OFF FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS.ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH THE SHIPPING SPEED YOU PAID FOR. REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AND WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS WILL BE RESPONDED TO MUCH LATER THAN USUAL (3+ DAYS).

 

Returns Policy
All sales are final and no returns will be issued unless you believe an order was fraudulently placed or you receive damaged targets and the shipping insurance provider has denied your claim without cause, you will still need to file an insurance claim with our provider in order for this to happen.

If you believe an order was fraudulently placed we will issue a refund after receiving confirmation that a police report has been filed as well as copy for our records. You are liable for return shipping and costs, replacement order shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee of the total order value. You will still be liable for shipping costs even if your order had free shipping.

If you meet the refund requirements you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All Shipping times are estimates from USPS, shipping can take longer for all of these estimates, we do not guarantee shipping dates provided to us by USPS and other shipping providers. Torres Targets does not provide Full or Partial Refunds are not given for late shipments.

USPS is our shipping provider and you must follow the process of USPS to find a missing package or to receive a full or partial refund due to missing, opened, or damage items.

Orders Shipped with 1-3 Day shipping are insured for their full value and are eligible for damaged item refunds as long as the shipping insurance provider has denied your claim without cause. This insures your orders against lost and damaged shipments.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States of America. Processing for orders can take between 1-3 business days depending on order volume and availability of products. before they are shipped, pprocessing may exceed these estimates.
