Returns Policy
Please request a return within 15 days of delivery.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All items must be returned new and unopened. You are liable for return shipping and costs, replacement order shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee of the total order value. You will still be liable for shipping costs even if your order had free shipping.
Christmas Return Time frame:
During Christmas time (11/15 to 1/7 of the next year. Ex 11/15/2024-1/7/2025) our return policy is extended to all orders until January 23.

You must pay for your return shipping, refunds will not be given until the return has been authorized and purchased items are returned.
If you meet the refund requirements you should expect to receive your refund within no more than four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you believe an order was fraudulently placed we will issue a refund after receiving confirmation that a police report has been filed as well as copy for our records.
Shipping
Shipping, Late Delivery, Damaged and Missing Shipments and Items:
All of our shipped orders are insured for their full value and are eligible for damaged item refunds as long as the shipping insurance provider has denied your claim without cause. This insures your orders against lost and damaged shipments.
All Shipping times are estimates from the shipping provider, shipping can take longer for all of these estimates, we do not guarantee shipping dates provided to us by USPS and other shipping providers. Torres Targets does not provide Full or Partial Refunds for late shipments.
Orders placed within 24 hours of each order will be bundled and shipped together. This included custom Target orders that are placed within 24 hours of regular target orders (Both orders will now be shipped at the same time as the custom targets with the custom target lead time included)
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States of America and it territories. Processing for orders can take between 1-3 business days depending on order volume and availability of products before they are shipped, processing may exceed these estimates.
International Shipping is available from USPS, UPS, DHL.
